Beerfish
People do not watch football games, Mosley deserves to be no where near a pro bowl and Quincy Williams has been vastly better. Quinnen probably does not deserve to be a starter. 4

In no way shape or form should mosley be in the pro bowl let alone starter. He cannot cover anyone at all and the jets run defense is lower 3rd in the league. The Dline keeps him clean and he makes tackles usually 5 yards or more down the field. Quincy Williams is more worthy than mosely that is for sure. 4

He can't cover at all, he has lost a step and he is the big leader of our 24th ranked run defense. He is all rep at this point in time.

Hex
Pro Bowl is just for publicity. Players like Quincy won't get one until people know about him. Want a real gauge? Look at the All-Pro teams when they come out.

Looking at the Jets instagram page you’d think these nominations are like winning the Super Bowl.

But everyone else who made it from other teams was deserving, and this is the way it is every year, and players never get in on name recognition or past accomplishments. Like Rodger Saffold and TJ Watt last year, CJ Mosley since leaving Baltimore, etc. Aidan Hutchinson — in a 5-way tie for 20th-24th in sacks this year as an edge rusher — got in because of a nickname? Swift joining the Eagles with an all pro OL (and frankly a star-studded offense in general) over Pacheco is stats-stupidity. I’m KC’d out with all their attention and preferential treatment, but the Chiefs ground game with Pacheco in/out was night and day. Put Breece Hall or other actually-special talent backs (Henry, etc.) on that Eagles offense instead of Swift and you’re looking at another yard per carry in the mid-5s. Look at Miles Sanders with and without that Eagles surrounding cast. Plus Sauce got in because the Jets have forever gotten love and preferential treatment around the league. You know this.
