We were just short of December 28, 2008. I didn't look that day up to see what went on that day. But there is certainly no shortage of things to talk about. Welcome home Revis. Mangini was fired the next day. If today was just shy of that, imagine what posting will be like during the season, especially if we are actually playing for something. Yeah. A real terrible problem. Gives us back maybe the most talented player we've ever had in decades. Restores the fans faith in our franchise. Proves our GM and coach knows what they are doing. Chad Pennington came back with the Dolphins and won the division that day. This place was flooded with new Dolphin posters lol a very depressing day in Jets history. Quite the opposite of yesterday. Was on my way home from work, tapatalk got disabled I guess or it blew up because of how crazy it got here so I couldn't even check out what's going on. When I got home I turn my TV on and I hear them talking about Revis and the Jets and I'm like... And boom! He's back home. So rather than doing so on someone like Suh (who is one more bad decision away from a lengthy suspension) or a bunch of other trash FA's we chose to spend it on one of the best defensive players of all-time who is still playing at a high level.
