The purposeful "tank" ended vs Wash. This is just a flailing franchise with zero plan, strategy, short and long term goals, understanding of roster management, talent evaluation, or sense of urgency.

One of the very few bright spots this year, along with Jermaine Johnson taking a big step and showing he’s one of the Top 3 or 4 defenders on this team.

If we get to enjoy beating the scumbag in his last game in New England, I'm ecstatic. Breece is a monster. Kraft abandoning his team as their cheating dynasty crumbles. Fantastic, f*** Belichick and f*** new England.

Thank God we gave Breece so much rest and spelled him with 2 running backs that were subsequently cut so he could have this absolute monster of a game in the last week of the season, in an essentially meaningless game.

 

Good planning. Fine roster management.

Well guess what, we probably werebt getting Alt or Fashanu at 8 anyway.  So get over it.  There are still 3 other 1st round tackles and by March one of them will be all the rave as a great option at whatever pick they end up with.

You, me, and everyone else here doesn’t know nearly as much as they like to think they do about evaluating talent. They will still have a shot at a good OT or WR.

We broke two streaks this year. We beat the Eagles and we ended the embarrassing 15 game losing streak vs the Patriots. 

The success or failure of the 2024 New York Jets is not resting on the first-round draft pick. There will be someone available that can contribute. Now we just have to hope that JD gets some good guidance on making the pick.
