Wonderboy 4,314 #1 Posted November 24, 2020 I'm a big movie fan. Seen some of the best. Seen alot of bad ones to. What really really really bad movie comes to mind when thinking of the Jets these last 10 years of utter futility. "Alone in the Dark" Fitting title. This movie is as boring as watching Frank Gore run up the middle 20 times a game. Just brutal. Honorable mention The Adventures of Pluto Nash. Mind numbing nonsense. Reminiscent of an Adam Gase game plan. Reminds me of the dumbing down of America. 1

mrcoops 4,565 #5 Posted November 24, 2020 Cutthroat Island. An expensively assembled flop, poorly constructed by people who clearly had no idea what they were doing. Yet, I still watch it every time it is on TV. Cutthroat at least has Geena Davis looking buxom. The boobs on the Jets are less appealing. 2

Wonderful woman. She was also in a very GOOD movie that some of you may not know called Mikey and Nicky, directed by Elaine May (she plays Peter Falk's wife) Falk and Cassavetes play small time gangsters, you should check it out. I can also almost always find something funny about something that isn't supposed to be. We shriek like Hell whenever we watch 'Psycho' when Dr. Simon (the Psychiatrist) is explaining Norman's psychopathy, partly because it reminds us of 'Glen or Glenda'! It's the best part of the movie! Sam Loomis: "Why was he . . . dressed like that?" District Attorney (deeply annoyed): "HE'S A TRANSVESTITE!" Dr. Simon: "Not exacty! A man who dresses in women's clothing in order to achieve a sexual change or satisfaction is a transvestite. But in Norman's case he was simply doing everything possible to keep alive the illusion of his mother being alive!"

munchmemory 12,050 #33 Posted November 24, 2020 Very good thread idea. Have been giving it some thought and keep coming back to "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly". Great flick, but just suits this franchise. The "good": 1968 season The "bad": Virtually everything since The "ugly": Idzik, Mcc picks, Gholston pick, Sanchez pick, Geno pick, extending Rex and Sanchez, Richard Todd, Ken O'Brien's scrambling ability....you get the idea.
