This firing was inevitable before the ink was dry on his contract. Thank you cosmic forces. He claimed Adam Gase was untouchable and would never get fired. He even made fun of Met fans while talking up Adam Gase. Etc. So whatever laughter, mocking, trolling etc that [mention=9488]SAR I[/mention] receives in return from JI faithful? He'll deserve it (because what goes around comes around; it's called Karma). I think he sincerely thought Gase was good. Just like he thought Lienhart was the key to a successful future for the Jets.
