He isn't going anywhere this year for sure. If they determine he isn't the one, winning games with Flacco and White only make replacing him even harder. It is live or die with Zach this year. 

But the D needs to keep stepping up - we could end up winning enough games to get into playoffs with Zach (like we did with Sanchez).

Zach Wilson is bad.  I hoped he would turn it around before the year but at this point I think he is who he is.   You can’t waste another year on him with this roster if he keeps this up.
