Saleh comments on Rodgers injury

Recommended Posts

Not sure if it’s desperation, or whether it’s just not knowing, but rupturing anything as an athlete is one of the worst things you can do.

let alone doing so when you’re 39. Think this is the end of Rodgers the Jet if it is a rupture.

If it’s a Achilles tear, might see him back in like December if we’re lucky.

Just now, Joe W. Namath said:

So Vinny tears his achilles in the 1st half opening day in the most anticipated season in Jets history in 99.

Vinny is the honorary captain today on opening day in the most anticipated season in Jets history.

Rodgers tears his achilles in the 1st half.

"History doesn't repeat but it does rhyme"

In our case, it actually does repeat.

Then it's a rupture.

The Jets cannot afford to put the team on the back of Zach Wilson. Douglas needs to work the phones pronto and pony up whatever another team wants (within reason, I suppose) to get a veteran QB. After he gives himself an uppercut for not doing more to upgrade the offensive line. We all knew it was bad in preseason, and it's basically killed the remainder of Rodgers' career.

The OL was not bad. Watch the play, Brown made a cut block and pretty much whiffed. Idiotic call, they don't work well

Lucky? We? The Jets? Seriously?

The funny thing about the JETS is the always give you hope one way or another but always **** you in the end . That’s what they are good at, underdog stories winning on a Monday,  9/11, then you know exactly when the rest of the season is headed. Oh it was an injury prone season we will keep RS and JD . Just  failed to do their jobs to this point, all of the HK and the 1JD, bullsh*t distraction, exactly what Wooody likes. Put your head down and work stop acting for the camera. That’s is all that has been displayed to this point.

No doctor here....BUT anyone who TEARS an Achilles tendon does NOT stand back up, even for a millisecond, A torn Achilles literally tears your calf muscle out of your leg. Guess: AR is back by the biweek. Maybe the biweek next season, but he'll be back BY THE BI WEEK!!!
If it's a partial tear requiring surgery.. it's still like 8-12 months. Let's see what the docs say tomorrow.
