The clock is a bigger enemy than the Jets at this point in the game, and only a crazy-unlikely late turnover deep in their own territory stopped this from ending as a 20-point game. SO far the Jets defense AT MINIMUM have played a flawless 2nd half of football. Point to a QUARTER OF FOOTBALL that this offense played competent, let alone flawless. No one is questioning that the d has played better later in the game. Your original point was that the loss won’t be on the d. Bortles has 388 yds and two tds to go with the fg’s you mentioned.
