How the **** can you trade a retired player?  You dont keep them on waivers forever.  This isn't baseball in the 30's.  The Cowbius didn't get anything for Witten after he went to the Raiders!

He's not on waivers. He's on the reserve-retired list. Pats held his rights until the term of his contract expired (he's got a year left)

Witten was a free agent when he retired

Pats getting a 4th rounder for a retired player.
Wonders never cease.

It’s remarkable what they get away with

The entire league is basically in an emotionally abusive relationship with Beli. The other 31 teams justify nonsense that they would never put up with from any other organization. It’s incredible

He'll be so bashed up after the first game he'll be using enough CBD oil to medicate an entire nursing home.  TB might as well have traded for "Brady's piece of mind" which the Pats still have contractually bound as well.

Gronk coming out of retirement after clearly expressing his concern for  head injuries has potential to  be a  real bad decision for him health wise.

30 seconds later he realised not enough brain upstairs to worry about it anymore...

So I guess that WWE sh*t was short-lived, eh?

You're only entertaining on a football field, Gronk.

The guy makes a fortune in endorsements, and for what it's worth, Gronk is the WWE champion now. So obviously a lot of people find him entertaining... and pay him very well for it.

Other then that, you're spot on here, buddy.  :rl:

He's a name.  Names get residual money off their fame doing something else.  The money a person make doesn't make them entertaining.  Otherwise Nickelback would be considered an entertaining rock group.  They're only entertaining to people who lack taste.
