Whoever is it they need to be able to change the culture of this team completely.  I don't need an offensive genius as much as I need a guy who can coach up a young team, relate to them, and make them better.

He’s pretty much Matt Rhule with a better resume. 
 

The idea is to get a guy who built a successful program at a place that is historically difficult to win at and hope they can recreate that magic in the NFL.

I’d be very excited if Matt Campbell was the next HC. From day 1 at Iowa State he has energized that program. His teams play smart and hard. And oddly, he somehow wins against teams that have more talented players than his team. Go figure.

Joe Brady has been an offensive coordinator in the NFL for a minute.

It's like a seesaw...guys with NFL experience failed so instead of evaluate what made them fail just go with the guy who has very little experience!

Campbell appears to be a bit like Rhule in taking smaller schools and transforming them.

About Brady the LSU offense last year was totally brilliant, not just Burrow and the weapons but the play design and play calling was fantastic.  He does not have a ton of pro experience which is a concern as far as gathering staff and such but he will be a head guy before too long.

Young, very highly regarded college head coach that has had success in places most coaches don't have consistent success. 

Personally my choice is lincoln Riley but Campbell or Brady seem like really good options as well.

Well, the Panthers offense has been way better than expected even after losing CMC so I'd say he's proving himself in the pros
