For a 1 win season. I’ll take it. Never know how it’ll turn out after a new year and new coach.

Agree 100%. I’m not suggesting that the Jets cut bait with anybody, need at least 2 to 3 years to decide.

Think about the general consensus on Quinnen Williams after last season.

Douglas's 1st draft looking shaky as hell at this point.

Disagree. Becton, Mims, and Hall look like really good picks and Mann has been ok also although not having a good game today. Jury still out on a few others and some just won't make it. When was the last time we had 3-4 potential starters from a draft?

Know we’re suppose to be tanking.. But is Denzel Mims still on this team?? Thought everyone said he shows some promise.

Hes been invisible for weeks. Just sayin.

Rookie WRs rarely have a huge impact. Yes, this season has a couple high end rookies doing it, but it's not a common thing. Just because people on here crowned him for the HOF before he stepped on the field doesn't mean he was ever going to be a consistent contributor this season. WRs are one of the slower developing positions in most instances.

Is Mims active today?

Gase is a talent stifler!
Parker & McGinely are balling without him!
There are high school coaches that have more creative offenses.
Guy has no clue how to get players going & get plays in that get more guys involved!

Darnold fans celebrating another QB also sucking while ignoring that he is 7/14 for 70 yards passing

Hey, it's 76 yards, man.  lol  Just saw that stat on TV.  Anyone believing Darnold is the future is not seeing reality.  The guy is good for a solid 2-3 games/year.  In between getting hurt and playing like a chump.

jury out on bechton if he can stay healthy and improve pass defense

After what Quinnen Williams has done in his second season, you’d think that this forum would have learned that mayyyyyyybe judging a draft before they’ve played one full season is not exactly a good idea, yet here we are.

That’s just an excuse!  We’ve been told around here for two years that the talent surrounding the quarterback doesn’t matter.  Great quarterbacks elevate the guys they play with!

Well obviously Baker is far from great lol

Nope, just pointing out when you have no supporting cast you tend to look like crap. Darnold may not be the answer but he has been given zero to work with. For most of his tenure he has had a horrible Oline, no TE's, and was throwing to Berrios and Smyth as his WR's. Oh, and he had Gase as a HC. I'm not sure Brady in his prime could be successful surrounded by that crap.

Becton’s rookie grade on PFF is higher than the rookie grade of Trent Williams, Garrett Bolles, David Bakhtiari, Taylor Decker and basically every tackle in the league.
