And now they’re expending their energies in March beating back an acknowledged rumor that a studio host tossed out at the tail end of a podcast. Did Woody and Saleh argue at a party? Maybe? Who cares? Nobody.

She basically admitted that she is perfectly fine with outright lying at worst and failure to corroborate sources at the best.

She should be fired.   NFL network is a piece of crap.

Yet every morning ESPN etc don’t even come close to loathing the Jets.  Woody said nothing stupid, he just stated the report was bogus.  You have to allow your own biases in to find that response stupid.  While not having a problem with a totally stupid report that wasn’t and couldn’t be confirmed.  And for a report you believe happened and no one cares, you and others seem to care.  A lot.

I’ll add this, AR stays upright and healthy, your wish of Saleh’s firing goes away.  Won’t happen.

Think about how many "reporters" out there are pitching fake news, it's not just sports.  Think about how many of these hacks choose the Jets as their focal point.  I really just think there is too much media and they are all tripping over each other to make a name for themselves and of course get a bigger slice of the pie.

It is kind of hilarious that every time a report like this comes out, there are a dozen or so posters who’ll spend the better part of a week being like “lol the bias anti-JET media strikes again and of course the SOJFs fall for it.” Like, ok, let’s stipulate that this report is completely and totally false. So what? The QB is an idiot, the coach is an idiot, the GM is an idiot, and the owner is a bigger idiot than all of them combined. The team is an open sewer. Does it really matter if this one particular argument between these two particular people happened on this particular day?

Her non-apology is that her supposed insiders lied to her so it's not her fault and she doesn't break news anyway, so she can't be blamed for repeating a rumor that she probably made up, because she's not an insider herself.
