pointman
I'd rather see him running the ball. Bet he gets more yards, and provides some comic relief to this garbage season.
Beerfish
I watched him a lot this game and he was great, there was a half dozen plays that could have been much better if they were going to his side. He looked like a veteran out there, a really really big veteran. 3
slimjasi
He looks good. Apparently, even the biggest pieces of sh*t in the universe have bright spots
CTJetsFan
Watch the play where they ran the reverse to Malone and look at what he does to the defender (DB?) 10 yards downfield. The House of Pancakes was open. 3

munchmemory
Sadly, in the history of the NFL, there have been absolutely spectacular players mired on God awful teams for their careers. Unless the Jets build around him, Becton will be a star (potentially annual all-pro) with no rings or other accolades to show for it. Sounds defeatist. But that's the truth.

Irish Jet
Actually ludicrous how good he looks. Looks like a seasoned all-pro out there. PFF in shambles. You love to see it:

Then again, I was told RBs are so easily replaced, except unless you are the Jets where even All-Pros become sh!t.
RobR
@FidelioJet Do you still think he can't passblock because PFF told you? Or did you watch any of the game tape I provided.
Untouchable
He’s showing two games into his career that he has legit HOF upside. If he stays healthy, he could be the best LT in football within 2 years and hold that claim for a decade.
vic
So we have Becton, Quinnen played a good game today. Who else showed up? Can’t think of anybody. We ‘re going nowhere so why nor raid other team’s practice Squads and see if anything sticks! I hope he keeps it up and continues to get better.

Saul Goodman
His talent and upside is undeniable. When I watch him, I feel similar to how I did when watching Revis as a rookie.

I gave you multiple game tapes to watch along with All-22 film showing that he was great at passblocking during college, I gave you factual stats about how many sacks he gave up over three years when he also started as a true freshman. You decided to go with a PFF take, at least own up to it. 1
