His WR1 was Lazard and his defense was leaky. In NY, the WR1 is GW, the defense will be top 8, and he'll have a better RB than he did have and possibly a really good WR2. Zach isn't the NY Jets. Zach is one player on this team, and a pretty bad one at that(right now, at least). Imagine back in the day when the Mets traded for Piazza, all the "how dare the players show up Todd Hundley like that...." posts. Unless the theme is, players should just stfu and keep off social media? Rodgers coming here is probably the best thing that could happen for Zach, so yes these guys should be excited and shouldn't feel bad about showing it. I have only been a member here for a short time and it looks like that time may be coming to an end soon. Some reflections from me. I am excited for Rodgers and what this Jets team could do. I’ll be pulling for them. I am thrilled for Jordan Love. I am a big believer that he’s “the next one” in GB and I’m sure he’ll be a Jet in 11-12 years. This is definitively untrue, and yet, you repeat it daily. Jimmy G has played one full season in SF (out of 5) and has missed 18 games in the last three seasons due to injury. Rodgers hasn’t missed a start since 2017. In other words, Rodgers hasn’t missed a start since Jimmy G became the starter in SF. LOL. you can like Jimmy G more than Rodgers without making stuff up. The only reason you could argue the Packers were overall better is the QB situation, which would change with this trade.
