Here's the thing now. Make no mistake here. This is now a rivalry that is reborn. I've been a Jets fan since 1966.  the rivalries between the Jets and Chiefs/Raiders were legendary back then.  It is NOW Back.

zach made plays against a blitz heavy strong D.. thats a big step foreword.  it was only 2 TDs but it seemed like 4

Yes.. it looked like we got jobbed by the refs.   They took away a chance for a hell of a finish.  
The killer though was putting the Chiefs at 3rd and 23..and allowing Mahomes to scramble for 25 - first down.

Jets could’ve won this game by multiple scores. Overthrow to Garrett. Missed opportunity on the end zone “drop” to Conklin. The missed FG. The fumble. Awful officiating. This one makes me sick. The glass half full is that they’ve found their offensive identity- they’re going to take the shackles off Zach and let him play. Hopefully this could be a turning point for everyone, because the team has what it takes to go on a run. Hopefully it starts next Sunday in Denver.

We finally saw what Zach can do but he missed quite a few throws, open receivers etc. The 3 KC turnovers kept it close. But if we had one more decent WR just maybe.  We are just not there. Our D got manhandled a few times but last night was at the least refreshing.

Ok, pump the brakes. Yes,  Zach looked like an NFL QB today. I would say some of those drives were possibly the best I have ever seen him engineer but this is still one game. He has to do this for the better part of this season. I still don't  see this team winning more than 5 or 6 games until he puts multiple games together like this. Let's  see how the next 2 games go before crowning him the king of NY

The team sucks. They aren't winning 10 games or going on some magical streak. They'll win maybe 5 games. Whatever the # is that f*cks up the pick.

And yet his brother Quincy who just got payed is playing lights out and in their relationship they hold each other accountable. I'll wait for the analysis of the game film as  he's probably being doubled teamed or playing injured.

He's a guy that I have zero doubts about which is why Saleh made him a Captain

You could just see Zach getting more confident 2nd qtr on. When he finished the 2nd scoring drive, I thought that stupid prediction (and bet) that I made that they win was going to happen.

Turning point to me was Pacheko doing the pushups after the hit he took.  It was if the team felt F this and all of the kicking in the nuts they have taken the week leading up to the game

Lets hope they build off this and beat Denver - not close or show improvement but go to mile high and beat them.
