But look at that Saints percentage filled compared to the Jets. Saints max out their building. The Jets don't. Hell even the browns have a higher home percentage

Not on that Thursday night they weren't. This was a team coming off on 0-16 season. And they were louder and into it more than any crowd at Metlife. I clearly remember that

Uh, they were all hoping for a Mayfield moment & got it. Oh, but when they weren't showing up it was because of all the other things to do in Cleveland.

Well there we go. They own the town. The Jets don't and will never own the town. That's why I think the only way this franchise begins to move a bit is to move out of New York and get a nest of their own

Plus the NFL pumped up that game by releasing info on the coolers filled with beer all over the city. Don't worry, if the Jets ever get to another Super Bowl it will break records for ticket prices, that I'll guarantee you. And the city that hosts it will have the largest contingent of fans coming sporting the Green & White to the city to party then EVER.

We still have more people watch the Jets. The Saint have Drew Brees and one of the most exciting O's in the history of the NFL.

We have Todd fooking Bowles and the worse O.C I've ever seen. We still managed just under 78,000.

A team that's not sniffed the playoffs for almost a decade, that's fantastic!

BTW what do you think of those Giants fans?

Yet on that Thursday Night, the fans were there, making noise and being happy. This is a same fanbase that threw bottles at officials. The Jets crowd would throw bottles at their own team

You are the legit best troll I’ve ever seen. Ever. You’re a master. No joke.

No I believe that. College football is king in the south.

So what you are saying is, emotion wise, NO embraced the Saints more, when they sucked?

if so then yeah probably. I do think that our fan base does the same for the Jets but they do it in a different manner. We talk a lot of sh*t but we’d be gone if we didn’t embrace them.

If my reading of the OP is correct, the violation wasn't for performance enhancing drugs. It was for "substance abuse" violations, which probably means he smoked some weed.

With the way this season has gone, who can blame him?

For a 4 game suspension it would have to be his 4th time.  Or perhaps something more interesting then weed

Well what's the problem with that? I used stats to prove my case. What's wrong with being positive? WHY IS POSITIVITY SO WRONG HERE?

I don't care that they are 3-9. I would rather focus on the good things, however, few there might be,. That is what a fanbase should do. As I said, fanbases should be happy people together.

Once again, the Saints were embraced by New Orleans despite losing for years and years  Why aren't the Jets embraced? Why are the Browns embraced

I know. And they had fun with it. Seriously the only reason you go to a public place with a bag on your head is light humor

I lived in New Orleans in 1979-80 and you could not be more wrong. Those saints fans were incredibly angry and wanted everyone connected to the team fired. Believe me there was no humor in those bags, along with the nickname they gave their team...the "Aints". Stop making stuff up.....

LOL what a dumpster fire this whole franchise is. At every level. Fanbase, media coverage, ownership, decision making. Every level is garbage.

They get what they deserve

Exclude "Fanbase" & you'll eliminate most of the negative reps & I would agree with you as well.

True but if ALL the states legalize it, which is what's coming, they'll (NFL) will have no choice.

You know there are a number of legal substances on the banned list, right?

In addition, the NFL is unlikely to just take it off even if it is legal in all 50 states and federally when it would make such a wonderful bargaining chip in a CBA. Complete legality is not going to occur by the next CBA so it would have to be the one after that.

So sweet, Lee will be all set for the Jets 2030 Superbowl run.

Congrats. You just proved how worthless stats really are.

Jet Fans go into every Season with hope, but they have been let down so often by this team that they don't get too high on the upcoming season. The very fact that this team has even 1 fan left that cares about them is a testament to the depth of caring that the Jet Fan feels for this team. Yes we malign them, yes we criticize them, we do that because they are our Jets and no matter how bad they stink, no matter what new levels of assholery they discover they will always be our Jets for better or for worse. Its guys like you who have no idea the depth of feeling each of us has for this team. Most of the guys who post here are GENERATIONAL fans. We shared our fandom with our Fathers and in some cases our Grandfathers. We LOVE this damn team. So go sell your kumbaya bullsh*t somewhere else. For the love of mike this guy doesn't stop with this nonsense.

Part of the scouting process should be assessing intelligence and stability.

Lee, Mauldin, Donohue, Harrison, Hack and Stewart are not smart enough to play NFL football.

Mac is so bad.

I really want to klnow who was pushing for what players was this a Bowles or Mac choice?

Not all of them. Some of them unwelcoming to me here. They dont allow any positivity in crappy years. Because at the end of the day, it's a game. A meaningless game. Yet people dont want to take enjoyment and would rather take misery from a meaningless game. This might get me banned but I will say it. I think the way this forum treats fans of positivity is abhorrent.

It's your own fault. You keep showing up...just like Jets fans right?
