Popular Post TuscanyTile2
I'm assuming that the signing of Frank Gore marks the end of Bilal Powell's tenure as a Jet. Even though he wasn't a superstar or anything, I've always been a big fan of Powell. Anybody else think the same? 20

Popular Post mrcoops
Powell has been a really good Jet, and a great team player. Always reliable, and a good runner, receiver and blocker. Thanks for everything, Bilal. 5

Prez33
One of the few middle round draft picks who worked out for the Jets. He was a quality RB. Stayed loyal to the Jets when he was FA, when he probably could’ve gotten a little more money elsewhere.

SAR I
Another player that wasn't enough of a star or playmaker to lead us to the playoffs. I wish him well in the same way that once I saw Ryan Quigley leave. SAR I
slats
Like to think the door isn’t completely closed on Bilal, but with Bell, Gore, and Perine they’ll probably look to fill any fourth RB spot with someone who has speed. Trent Cannon is probably the default, given his special teams play.
Beerfish
Seemed to get hurt whenever he had a legit chance to seize #1 spot. He did produce well imo when he got his chance.
Gibby
Always liked Powell! Was always very productive with his limited chances. Good luck BP! Thank you for all your efforts! Similar to Johnny Hector in his Jet career.
rangerous
he's not gone yet. there's a chance the jets will bring him back. but if they don't, powell was a good player for the jets and it's too bad he wasn't able to fully overcome the nagging injury bug.

Was it the 2015 finale win and in game he missed? I remember a lot of people saying if he could’ve played we would’ve won that game.

roscoeword
I noticed that whenever there was a interception against us, he's the one who made the tackle. He was all hustle.

Greenbloodblitz
There is still a chance they bring him back! If not then yes he was definitely one of my favorites over the years. Usually Bilal would make a big play out of nothing when we needed it the most.

BallinPB
Dude played 9 seasons with the same team as a backup running back. Pretty much unheard of these days. His career was mediocre but he was great for his role. I wish him the best and hope he can catch on another team as a backup if he so desires. SOJ
As others have stated, he was a pro that never complained, did his job and was loyal to the team. I'll miss him and dam if he didn't play well last year. Hope the door remains open but if not, I hope he hooks up with another team and plays well.
tdoublee
Bilal was underappreciated. I hope he signs with a contender, he deserves a shot to earn a ring as someone's backup. Would love to see him go back home to Tampa.
