The Jets have the rights to Adams for the next three years.  He has zero leverage.  He can request a trade all he likes.  You need a team to actually trade something of value for him.

People keep saying Lamb would be in the trade.  Why would he be included?  They got him as a steal in the draft.  They shouldn't be giving up a cheap, talented rookie WR for the rights to pay Jamal Adams $15-18M per year.

Of all the teams Dallas makes the most sense and there are the only 2 players I’d want. Lamb is the longest of long shots  but that’s where I’d start! Especially if they’re not paying him right away

Yes, Douglas should have traded him at the deadline last year for whatever Dallas was offering.  No, that doesn't put the blame on Douglas' shoulders for Adams' behavior.

Team General Managers outweigh their big mouth safeties incase you didn't know. Jamal will learn this via Joe Douglas doing what Joe wants to do, for the better of this football team. I myself am excited about the extra first round pick we will get from a bonehead franchise that bites for a cancer pill. We are a team on the rise, and another game changer from the draft might be just what we need to start becoming perennial winners.

Last year the moment jamal came crying to Johsnon he should have told him to stfu and talk to the coach and gm if he had an issue.  Instead he patted him on the head.

The jets could have traded both jamal and quinnen at the deadline last year, and passed.
