Yes it's only a league conspiracy that could make the Jets lose.

Don't expect the Jets to do anything to help the Jets out, either.

No the Jets are more than capable of losing all on their own. But it is not a fair playing field and we need to overcome the refs as well. And it's not just the Jets. The officiating in the NFL is insanely biased towards the 6 teams or so they think are elite plus Dallas and Pittsburgh regardless.

The NFL does not want a 2-5 NE team tied with the Jets they want a 3-4 NE team and a 1-5 Jets team.

So expect the NFL to do everything they can to help NE out.

They will get very strategically time "television" time outs.

If the Jets try hurry up the referee will prevent the play until NE is ready

It will be open season on Zach. As long as they don't him in the head it will be fair game. On the other side any gentle tap on Jones one step after he throws will be roughing.

Don't be surprised with several completely unexplainable calls against the Jets.

Mac Jones will have at least an extra second past the normal extra second on time.

Expect there to either be holding, PI or hands to face on every 3rd down if somehow NE needs a drive.

NE defense can hold our receivers as much as they like.

The NE line can hold at will. If the game gets out of hand they will call some ticky tac holding calls as bias rebuttal and umpire crew stats.

Thankfully we wont get Nantz openly cheering for them. Douchenozzle Steven King will make up for it with glowing accolades for the "resurgent" Pats in his column.

Sad thing is I am really not joking.

LOL

Love this post.

Side Note: it’s refreshing to see people aware of the corruption of the national entertainment league

No that’s not the reality. If the Jets lose tomorrow it’s because the Jets suck and no other reason. Stop it with this.

The Jets do suck but that doesn’t take away from the things OP stated. The Jets do suck and the league is corrupt, the 2 can coexist.

This thread illustrates just how truly laughable our team has become.  Now, we are going full conspiracy theory for the reason why we lose/suck?  Instead of looking at ownership, the GM, HC, OC, QB, or other players for our abysmal play/record, we give them all excuses and blame the NFL.    Pathetic.

If you read OP’s post on this thread it isn’t about a direct conspiracy against the Jets, it’s more about the league being rigged to favor certain teams/ outcomes.

In the words of the infamous ex NBA ref tim donehey: “would you leave a multiple billion dollar business to chance?”

Also check out the Jet fan lawsuit that went to the Supreme Court and check out how that was ruled..

The league being rigged is by definition a conspiracy theory.  Otherwise, if true, why are we even watching the games?   If, right now, evidence was uncovered that Goodell and the league were fixing games, I'd never watch another game as long as I lived.

The relevancy of this thread is the same of the NE Patriots; it's denuded. With Brady no longer in NE, AND having won a SB with another team, coupled with high profile draws like Mahomes/Chiefs, Murray/Cardinals, and Allen/Bills, the NFL is no longer in the business of "looking out" for the Pats. They are yesterday's news, and will be treated as such.

i was just going to say that

the only thing the NFL would want NE to win is to help Bill break Shula's record. but hes is maybe 4 years away. but every loss makes it take longer and Bill aint no spring chicken. he is 69. right now he is 46 wins away

Exactly.  Although,  I do think Bill still gets a call here and there from refs but the NFL has zero reason to help mac Jones over Zach Wilson.

Mac Jones' 1st pass against the Jets was a fumble, but the referees called the play dead. Ask yourself if it was a fumble, and if you thought it should have been blown dead. The play was not reviewable. I'm not saying the Jets would have won, but that play epitomizes the calls NE gets.

The Dallas game last week, Dak is in the endzone with the ball but the line judge calls him down short of the endzone. The play gets reviewed and without conclusive evidence it stands. Dak fumbles the next play.

The patriots don't need the help, our players lay down like dogs.  Our QB bounces balls off the turf when the receiver is 5 yards away. It's totally unnecessary but good try.

He's made about five times as many good throws that were either dropped or caught but keep up the self abuse don't let that interfere.

Stop whining. We root for a bad football team.

There is not going to be a conspiracy against the Jets. Dumb thread. End of story.

The more fouls or penalties the easier it is for games to be influenced by biases...the NBA has always been heavily influenced by refs and with all the flags and announcers now not even bothering to criticize officials it's pretty easy to influence games without being noticed.  Not saying games are rigged but the NFL feels more like the NBA the past few years with games being decided by officials.
