Becton can be depth on his rookie contract but there's no way to let a guy this injury prone remain a starter if he's not actually starting in games. I never counted him as a player, so I am not disappointed. It was the same with Lawson last year. I was resigned to the idea that Lawson would not make it out of camp last year either. No way that knee was holding up through an NFL season - This should force JD's hand to sign Brown (or trade for a T that is capable of completing a season) If Becton is healthy this year - use him as a swing tackle - limit his reps - have him in on short yardage situations.
