That means, for only the second time since 2011 and the first time since 2015, the NY Football Jets are playing meaningful games in the month of December.

Whether you like Joe Douglas or not, he stated this to be the goal.  Play such games in this month.  And we are.

The play of the defense at championship level as for better or worse raised expectations. Anything less than playoffs now will be a disappointment. That’s a good thing to me.

White didnt pay the Jets to let him play. The Jets management found White and took a chance on him. The same way they took a chance on Wilson. So in a way , we did hit on a QB: White.

They have 7 US wins, how many do they have after you do the Canadian conversion? I was hoping we were in 1st place up there.

if White turns out to be the answer at QB then JD should get credit for bringing him here in 2019. and Saleh for making him backup when for 2 years Gase kept him on the practice squad.

JD has been pretty good at finding PS guys or guys who got cut who produce. Herbig, Huff, Quincy Williams to name a few.

Honestly, no mater what happens the rest of the year, I'm very happy w/ JD and Saleh and very excited about the future they may provide.  This team got really good, really fast.  Way ahead of schedule and you have to give them credit.  

That said, lets ******* go!  Why not us?  The Bengals werent the best team in the AFC IMO and they made it last year?

Thank you JD thank you...  If he has one more 2022, in 2023, we'll be set up quite nicely. Then we have the ability to be very flexible roster wise. Then from there on out, we can keep replenishing this team via the draft and occasional FA.

Jets might be the best team in the AFC with Mike White. We have no idea yet. Our offense can be unstoppable if White plays like he did against the Bears consistently, and the Defense makes up for any disadvantages the offense has against other AFC offenses. The only reason the Jets don’t have a better record than the Bills and Dolphins are because of those 2 Pats games Zach lost for them. 
The defense won’t carry the team far into the playoffs but the offense might be good enough to. 
I may be too optimistic but it doesn’t matter because good feelings.

i agree. this offense is so much better with White. and before anyone says they suck, we played bad teams with Zach and barely won and thanks to Hall.

it took 2 perfect drives in the 4th to beat a rookie in his 1st half of action to beat a bad Pittsburgh team.

it was 19-17 in the 4th against a 3rd string QB who imploded in the 4th to beat them.

17-10 in the 4th and thanks to a big game from Hall to beat a struggle GB team.

10-9 lead in the 4th against a horrible Denver team and backup QB. only TD from Hall for 62 yards before he got hurt.

all those bad teams we barely got pass them. we dominated the bears after the half. the offense had to take thier foot off the gas in the 4th. i feel a lot better about our chances with White over Wilson

Personally would love to make at least the first round of the playoffs this year. That alone would be an accomplished beyond our wildest dreams at the beginning of the year.
Yet, if we go 10 and 6 and just fall short, that okay too. It’s been so much fun watching competitive football this year, after so many years of pure crap.
Needless to say, with the addition of a FA’s or two and the return of our wounded warriors, next year will certainly be one to look forward to.
