Always thought he was below average as a HC in Miami, especially given the fact he had 4 games against bottom dwellers like us n Bills each year. So he essentially averaged 4-8 all those years. He's a know it all, that doesn't know as much as he thinks. If you read between the lines, it's fairly obvious it was that idiot CJ who wanted a seasoned defensive staff. if not, Williams would have been gone along with Mac. Rhule had a job, he said no.
