Popular Post jetscrazey
This is a big deal. He's the best o-line coach in the business. In 2014 when he retired the first time, the Pats o-line was so bad Belichick had to convince him to come out of retirement. With him gone, it leaves major uncertainty that Brady can stay clean. It'll definitely factor into his decision.

Dcat
He should write a book on how to hold in the NFL and always get away with it. Maybe the next Jets OL coach can read it. Assuming he can read. 4

Maybe the next Jets OL coach can read it. Assuming he can read. You can hold in the NFL and get away with it if you are on the offensive line of a team that the league office is queer for. Most of the Steelers game winning drives with Ben Roethlisberger "extending" the play for 10 seconds or more came courtesy of the zebras looking the other way as the Steeler lineman were grabbing on to defenders's in every manner possible. In the Steeler Super Bowl win over the Cardinals, their MVP should have been the line judge. The refs use holding to control the game... Especially in favor of their favorites like the Steelers and NE. 11 1

Somebody has some confidence issues.... you always say this . He's not wrong though. How many different coordinators and coaches has BB had in the span of a New England coaching career that has produced 6 rings? They seem to succeed under him. It became almost comical over the past 2 decades as we watched Charlies Weiss, Romeo Crennel, Mangini, McDaniels, and others leave and get HC jobs in other places....just to fail within a few short years. It started to become a trend that anyone who had ever worn a Patriots coaching shirt would eventually get a HC opportunity! I mean really, what next? An unknown Special Teams coach becoming the HC of the Bears or Giants or something????

They'll still be a good team for as long as BB stays there but hard to imagine they're going to continue what to have the same levels of success without TB12 and DS. Jetster
This is HUGE. When Googs left Rex & coached the Pats Oline they were not good & BB talked Scarnechia out of retirement. Get Ngokeou & knock the sh*t out of them with CJ back, the Prez, and some of those youngsters that showed up last year.
