He cant be liking the CJ Mosely contract and player at this point. JD is completely rebuilding this roster, as expected after signing a 6 year deal. When you sign on for 6 years, you are under 0 pressure to win right away. Sucks for fans but we needed this. He's making the right moves while trying to keep us competitive but this team has holes galore. Sam is not in trouble but with all the picks we have over the next couple years and the type of money QBs are making he better step up and take his game to another level. We weren’t getting anything back from Enunwa in terms of production and now we can all rid ourselves of that phony hope we all had. I wouldn’t mind signing him to a cheaper Non-guaranteed contract. I think they were keeping Winters around in case we needed a veteran G on a competitive team. I think JD is feeling that this is not the year to be competitive. Exactly. And, I have no problem with it. Let's allow ourselves a moment to mourn what many of these guys could have been for the Jets and to thank them for their service....but only for a moment. There's a new sheriff in town and he's kicking ass, and molding this roster the way he wants it. I love it. JD's purge continues and it doesn't matter where you came from, how much you were paid or where you were drafted. Underachievers and bad attitude guys are long gone (Darron Lee about 12 hours after Macc was fired, Leo traded in-season, Trumaine Johnson as soon as economically feasible, etc.). Injured and expensive guys going now too (Winters, Enunwa). Again, thanks....but see you later.
