it does make me feel better. it makes me feel like we made the right choice in getting rid of him..

now weather or not we picked the right QB to replace him is yet to be seen.

anybody who wanted JD fired at the end of the year, well keeping Sam would have done it.

I've said this a few times before, but I wish Darnold well starting in 2022. I wish him health in 2021. I have no hatred in any way for Darnold, and I generally like the guy. I just don't see him ever getting much better than what he is now.

That means about as much as me saying Sam is only a great QB in the month of September.

He beat the Jets and Texans, two of if not the worst teams in the NFL. lol. If you want to extrapolate that into he always beats QBs in their first start, what the hell. It’s your novel, you get to write the ending.

My favorite thing though is how the sports media douchebags were using Darnolds first 2 games to mock the Jets...and have switched to basically completely ignoring and not talking about Darnold now that he's playing exactly like he was in NY, but with a "better organization". ? 

I liked Sam as well. His failure in NY was basically the end of my die-hard Jets Fan life support. I've tried, but I just can't even make myself give a sh*t about Wilson. Or Saleh.
