So either you are holding Joe Douglas responsible for failures that came WAYYYYY before him, or you think he has been awful. Either is a pretty bad take. His trades have been well above average, especially Adams and Darnold. His draft picks have allowed the franchise to have more young talent than it has had in a long time. Now some fans will bash him for the picks he has missed.
