I mean come on with this stuff. They just had 5 months off. You get gifted an extra week you take advantage of it. These aren’t even full tilt practices. The Pats canceled their last day of minicamp and remaining 2 OTAs last year. They Dolphins used only 6 of the 10 permissible OTAs this year. The 9ers just canceled a week of OTAs, and in 2021 canceled the final OTA and the scheduled minicamp entirely. The Cowboys canceled their last day of minicamp last year, after canceling the second day to do a golf team-building event. The Giants and Broncos canceled their last minicamp practices last year. McVay did the same in at least his first season with the Rams. On the other hand, I remember you making a big stink about Saleh being soft on the players during last year's TC and then the team started the season 5-2. HIs reasoning last year was that they were trying to combat injuries (which were beyond insane he year before). His reasoning for cancelling the mandatory minicamp this year is that they are starting their actual training camp a week earlier than everyone else. Either way, there is a lot of pressure on Saleh this year.
