The Int was a bad throw on top of a bad play call. Jeff Smith’s under route was way short of the sticks so the LB in coverage dropped deeper. I like that he’s a little more loose today. The ball placement could legitimately be attributed to rust, but at least he’s doing a better job of identifying where he can go with the ball. The bad news from today is that—as with Mike White—Wilson fell apart when he was asked to throw the ball more than five yards down the field.
