    • This is my take also. He spent his entire career in a huddle with Aaron Rodgers playing on a title contender. After a few weeks of Zach awilson, he totally checked out.
    • I totally agree the Knicks got the benefit of those calls down the stretch. Go back and look at my other posts after the game discussing the refs with others, I said it there. When I said the “equal opportunity in their ineptitude” I didn’t mean the calls balanced out, I was commenting on how many bad calls the refs were making on both sides throughout the game. I agree they jobbed the Pacers down the stretch, abd maybe I should’ve worded it differently responding to you. Where I do disagree with you though is when you imply intent on their part because of a gambling connection. That’s something that’s tossed around way too easily now with legalized gambling and tbh I think it’s a lazy take. Let’s not pretend home teams never got calls in the final moments before you could bet online. I think these refs showed everyone the moment got too big for them and that resulted in a bunch of home cooking whistles to finish the game. That happens a lot in the NBA, and other sports as well… always has.
