He really has not spent much time coaching college.  I would suggest he do that to reboot.

Key skill in college is interpersonal communication.  I honestly think Gase is on the Spectrum, in a nice way.  I don’t know if he can do that. 

He needs to find a team to let him be QBC or OC again.  He needs to build his skill set from the bottom up.

Sure, but maybe we should also consider the fact that Gase is having a historically bad season that is, thus far, much worse than anything we saw from either Rex or Bowles. If Kotite coached his way out of the league in 1996, it’s not unreasonable to think that Gase might in 2020.  
 

Edit: it’s also worth noting that this is Gase’s second failure as an NFL head coach, much like Kotite’s Jets tenure was his second failure.
