Actually, the niners are probably more desperate to get Lance reps given that he only played 1 game last year and only started like 17 games in his entire college career. Either way, I am pretty confident Wilson is signed today or tomorrow and this fake drama is forgotten about as fast as the OMG Becton is severely over weight drama ended. I'm not going to say Joe Flacco was ever elite. He was an above average QB who started for 10 straight years. We haven't had a QB who played like Flacco in his prime for 10 years ever. Fake Drama are things people get all upset about that have zero impact on the season. Everyone was worried about Becton's weight and foot issue, until suddenly it's no longer a topic on this board anymore. The agents have this leverage as well as the fact that the first public practice is approaching. It will be ugly for the jets if Wilson is not there.
