His philosophy and leadership, or lack there of, have put this team in a familiar hole. Gase vouched for Cutler, he traded away Ajayi, and called plays all season that were just plain old vanilla. It is easy to see that he has lost control of this team by the way they have played, which is uninspired.To me, Gase is just a younger version of Joe Philbin. They may not look alike, but they sure do resemble each other on the field. Some guys are just meant to be coordinators and not head coaches. Philbin, Sparano, Cameron, and now Gase.
