One poster brought up why we didn't sign him in the first place to back up Zach. Well JD knows the guy and maybe thought he wasn't the Qb they wanted to be his tutor. Not sure probably it was all about money they didn't want to pay him what Philly offered. The Eagles didn't feel that way about Flacco and they have a second year Qb as starter. Put a veteran QB in it, if it continues poorly, it's the system. If it immediately improves, it was Zach. That's the best I got. While they're at it, maybe it's time they outbid themselves for the illustrious returns of Adams and Darnold too, right?
