ESPN: Jets the 31st best team in the NFL

Recommended Posts

Whatever. We weren't even the 31st worse team last year and quite honestly I think I have never seen a Jets team as upgraded as this one is year to year. It's just laziness. 12 NFL teams have 5 primetime games. The media doesnt even bother to really look at the other teams other than to create clicks with negativity about the team.

Anything is possible and I personally love that people expect us to be a last place team because we tend to be better with no expectations, but were the Jets even the 31st worst team last year?

According to the same ESPN FPI for the 2021 season, they were projected to be 32nd and finished 29th. That's over a 9% margin of error there so yea, I wouldn't put much stock into it.

That's great news!

I hope every team in the NFL marks us down as a "easy win" and overlooks us completely.

Best thing that could happen for us.

Also, it's a power ranking.  In May.  It means nothing.
