What play are you talking about? Do you know what Darnold calls at the line, and what changes for the linemen? Do you know unless they audible out to an entirely new play, all Sam is doing is more or less pointing out the Mike, and potential blitzer, and fake calls? The linemen are blocking to their gap assignment and have a release to the second level in case they pancake their man or their man pulls or crosses. Rarely is an o-lineman's job to take a man.. its a gap. So in essence, you're wrong and don't know what you are talking about.

Yes, Ballage missing blocks and o-linemen getting run over have to do with Darnolds pass protection calls.

Darnold identifies blitzers.  How many free rushers have we seen this game and the 3 others?
