That was a great drive by Darnold but part of the problem with him is his inconsistency. He looks like crap and then has a drive where he looks great, then looks like crap again.

Last year we started 1-7 but finished 6-2.

In the first half, we trailed 21-0 before finishing 3-0!

Good job by Darnold to get them in FG range.  If Bell didn’t trip they had a TD.  Teams sucks no doubt.  2nd half will say a lot about their character.

We had about 3 drops.  They also put a lot of pressure on him.  Plus we were trailing badly and he threw an INT while trying to make something happen.  His history in college was that he comes back from ugly INTs with good plays after.  Let's see what he can do in the 2nd half.
