    • Staying with your reshaped box analogy, the grade can go even higher if the power RB additions can keep Breece fresher at the same time they wear down the defense.  Then bang, a fresher Breece flies by a tired defense for a 4th quarter HR.  That's why I don't believe either are FBs, they are good overall running backs that can spell Breece in different ways. Strategically, a complimentary back-up RB can likely help the star RB more than a complimentary back-up WR can help the star WR -- injuries aside.  Just the physical nature of the position.
    • No respect. Big Mike says Jets can go to the superbowl and his thread goes into the junkyard. Did @Maxman get hacked?
    • Mike Francesa makes bold statement about NY Jets’ 2024 outlook On his podcast, the legendary sports radio host had some bold words regarding the New York Jets' outlook for the 2024 season. By  Brandyn Pokrass  -  05/02/2024 Mike Francesa, New York Jets, Getty Images   Mike Francesa foresees big things for the 2024 New York Jets A legendary New York sports radio host has high expectations for the New York Jets. On his self-titled podcast, Mike Francesa said he sees a path for the Jets to make it to the Super Bowl in 2024. “If everything fell into place, the Jets could go to the Super Bowl this year. Yes, I think they could be that formidable in the playoffs if everything falls into place.” The former WFAN host said he enjoyed some of the team’s moves, such as signing Tyron Smith and drafting Olu Fashanu. However, he also said that head coach Robert Saleh “has not shown anybody what it means to be a head coach in this league.” Francesa added that this year should be the last one for Saleh to prove that fact. In general, Francesa is not wrong with his thought process. If all of the pieces for the Jets stay healthy, they can potentially be a dangerous team in the AFC. They have a stout defense that can shut down any opponent. Their offense, adding offensive line and wide receiver improvements, looks to be the team’s most productive unit in years. Health is the most significant factor, though. Many players, such as Aaron Rodgers and Tyron Smith, are either recovering from injuries or have not played a full season for an extended period. Saleh also has to prove he can lead New York to victories. Rodgers’s return will help, but Saleh has faltered in the few high-leverage games the Jets have played during his tenure. It remains to be seen if Francesa will ultimately be proven right with his prediction, but at the very least, the Jets have the talent and potential to make it happen. https://jetsxfactor.com/2024/05/02/ny-jets-mike-francesa-bold-statement-2024/
