Darnold Schwarzenegger
He made russel Wilson look like Zach Wilson. He single handedly ruined him. Talk about a guy who couldn’t change his playbook to fit the players he had. Broncos offense finished last in points per game. jet fans: we need this guy!

Not saying he's the answer but basing his qualifications on one yr is alittle short sighted

CTJetsFan
A few more names to add to the list of possibilities Buccaneers fired OC Byron Leftwich. Following the team's Wild Card loss to the Cowboys on Monday, speculation grew quickly as to whether or not the Buccaneers would retain Leftwich for another season. Once viewed as a hot head coaching candidate, Leftwich opted to remain with the Bucs after a highly successful 2021 campaign in which the team went 13-4 while ranking second in the league in points per game (30.1). This season, however, the Bucs' offense took a massive step back, ranking dead last in the league in rushing (76.9 yards per game) and 25th in points per game (18.4). It's safe to say 2022 offered a lot to be desired for Leftwich and the Bucs as a whole. He'll likely catch on with another team before the start of the season, even if he has to wait for another offensive coordinator position to open up. Saints offensive assistant Dan Roushar will not return to the team in 2023. Roushar has been one of the longer-tenured members of the Saints coaching staff. He first joined the team in 2013 as the running backs coach and later spent time as the tight ends and offensive line coach. In 2021, Roushar was named the team's run game coordinator, and last season he helped usher in the Dennis Allen era after Sean Payton left for retirement. A handful of talented players passed through New Orleans during Roushar's time with the team. It wouldn't be surprising to see him latch on with another team in some capacity next season. Sarge4Tide
Byron Leftwich seems like a good guy, but he benefited from being Bruce Arians' offensive coordinator and from having Tom Brady for 3 years. I wouldn't want him to be offensive coordinator and I doubt he gets an OC job this year. But he's an experienced former player and coach, so I'd be cool if he joined the Jets in some capacity (or if he joined Nick Saban at Alabama as an analyst)
