Kicker is the least important position on the field when you're a non-contender.  Worry about the other 52 spots on the roster first.  THEN get yourself a capable Kicker, if you still need one.

Hell, even Punter is more important than Kicker when you're bad, given how often you have to punt in games...

Nobody truly wants to dump him. we are all frustrated. We are playing a team who’s rookie quarterback is playing solid right now 17 for 20 on pace for 300 yards. And ours looks like a pile of dog sh*t. It’s frustrating New England has a bunch of new players as well, no real stars on the team and also rookie quarterback yet this game is going to end 30 to 10 or something like that. Patriots will rebuild in a year and for us it’s taking 20.
