I absolutely hate the way the NFL rules and officiates PI.  Should never be a spot foul because there’s no guarantee it would caught anyway.  Make it 15 and a first like the college rule.  Also back shoulder pass should never be PI unless defender contact the receiver early because defender whether looking at the ball or not should have a right to his position on the field.
