For breakfast I’m thinking either Jellied Eels in honour of the London trip or Spam and Eggs since it is apparently one of Zach’s favourite breakfast meals. 
 

Either way my arse will be in my green coulored pyjamas all day.

I hate to predict a Jets W because it’s usually the kiss of death for them. Or is it just that they suck and will lose anyways and not my fault? But this is a good matchup for them and if our D line can contain Matty Ice we’re in the game. Interested to see how Myers plays after he just got paid. And of course everyone wants to see Zach and if last week’s performance was for real. Look I think we should go to 2-3 Jets win 24-20.

I lived in Arizona for a few years I loved early football it freed up half your Sunday to do other things.

Ingredients

• 2 ounces tequila

• 4 ounces tomato juice

• 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• 1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish, to taste

• 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

• 2 dashes Tabasco sauce

• 2 dashes Tapatio hot sauce

• 1 pinch celery salt

• 1 pinch ground black pepper

• Garnish: lime wedge

• Garnish: lemon wedge

• Garnish: cucumber spear

• Garnish: sweet pepper slices

• Garnish: jalapeno pepper slices

• Garnish: queso fresco

 

Steps

1. Add the tequila, tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, Tapatio, celery salt and black pepper to a shaker and fill with ice.

    

2. Shake briefly and strain into a pint glass filled with fresh ice.

    

3. Garnish with a lime wedge, a lemon wedge, a cucumber spear and a skewer of sweet pepper slices, jalapeno slices and queso fresco.
