I don’t want to see this team going “all in” again until they find an overachieving underdog coach/roster while trying to rebuild. We should perpetually rebuild and not commit extra resources/future assets to any regime until they prove themselves. Invest money in positions that don’t impact the cap like quality coaches/front office at all costs. That will build an actual culture, not this weak/corporate/woke bullsh*t. 

I could still get on board with that as a fan and delusional fans need to accept that as the only realistic and logical future unless we get really lucky at QB or something.
