This strange this happened, I have no words. I never have that problem. But I just read every post in this thread and wanted to post a thank you, and I am speechless.

I have given Lauren an update on this and her jaw dropped. Thank you all so much, so much of your routine changes when a family deals with cancer treatment. We have all adjusted but the one thing that is proving to be impossible for me is taking over dinner. Lauren always handled that and I am getting to 5 or 6pm and I have kids looking at me, then just about every day I am like damn, I am supposed to be doing this. It is just hard to stay on top of everything, work, and meal prep.

So we are ordering in a lot but it has been stressing me out a lot, because it adds up.  You have all literally taken stress away from us at one of the toughest moments of our life. I can not thank you all enough. This community has always meant the world to me. At times I know Lauren is like why is he always doing Jets stuff.  You gave me another gift because although I always try to explain how close everyone is here, you proved it. Thank You.

Chemo day on Monday. Once a week, this time it starts at 8am. Every 3rd week there are two additional hormone therapies given as well. Lauren's breast cancer has spread, so she now has a Stage 4 diagnosis. But the oncologist told us she believes there will be a good outcome here. Chemo runs weekly until October.

Lauren never complains. It is beating her up, and she is pretty sick some days with stomach issues. But she legit never complains. She battles. Quietly. Deals with everything one step at a time.

So thanks again for bringing a smile to our faces on days that we aren't smiling as much as we would like to.  God Bless you all. I love JetNation, this community is amazing.

Lauren's headed to Chemo right now.  Let's run this up for them to find when treatment is done.

After reading Phil's post, I threw in a little more. My wife had some health issues after giving birth to our second daughter a few years ago, so I know how hard it is to shoulder the burden of handling all of the daily child care responsibilities on your own to so your significant other can rest and get better.
